Privacy Policy
Last updated: Draft — not yet published
Podcast Caller is operated by iNet Audio Productions (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We serve US-based users at launch.
Information we collect
- Account data: your email address and phone number (used to verify your account at signup).
- Content you create: the caller characters you build (names, personalities, prompts) and your show sessions/transcripts.
- Show content we process: the conversation text from your live shows, and the text we convert to caller speech.
- Billing data: handled by Stripe; we don’t store full card numbers.
- Usage & technical data: request logs and metering events needed to run and bill the service.
How we use it
- To provide the service — generate caller responses and speech.
- To verify accounts and prevent abuse.
- To bill subscriptions and enforce plan limits.
- To operate, secure, and improve the service.
Third-party processors
We share the minimum necessary data with these providers:
- Anthropic — generates caller responses (receives show conversation text).
- ElevenLabs — synthesizes caller speech (receives the response text to voice).
- Clerk — authentication and account management.
- Stripe — subscription billing and tax.
- Twilio — phone-number verification.
- Postmark — transactional email.
- AWS and Vercel — hosting and infrastructure.
We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention
We keep account and content data while your account is active. Saved show sessions follow your plan’s retention window. When you delete your account we delete or de-identify your personal data within a commercially reasonable period, except where we must retain it for legal, tax, or security reasons.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law (including the CCPA for California residents), you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to certain processing. To make a request, email support@podcastcaller.com.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to operate billing (Stripe). We don’t use cookies to sell or share your data.
