These terms govern your use of Podcast Caller, operated by iNet Audio Productions. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
The service
Podcast Caller lets you build AI “caller” characters and bring them into your shows with generated text and synthesized voice. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
AI-generated content disclaimer
Caller responses are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected. You are responsible for reviewing what you publish. Don’t rely on caller output as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- Impersonate a real person without their consent, or create characters intended to deceive listeners about a real individual.
- Defame, harass, or infringe the rights of others.
- Produce hateful, violent, or sexually exploitative content.
- Create content involving minors inappropriately.
- Violate any applicable law or third-party terms.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. No voice cloning of real people is supported or permitted.
Accounts and billing
You’re responsible for activity under your account. Paid plans are billed through Stripe on the cycle you select; plan limits apply as described on the pricing page. Trials and comped accounts may have different terms.
Intellectual property
You retain rights to the characters and content you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service (e.g. processing your content through our AI and voice providers to deliver it back to you).
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iNet Audio Productions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. (Jurisdiction to be confirmed with counsel.)
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated through the service or by email. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
